Predator Arrested Again: Suspect Back in Jail for Bond Violation

Adnan Walker, a suspect in a serious child assault case, has been taken back into custody after violating the conditions of his bond. This development follows his release on bond for charges related to aggravated child assault.

Walker was initially arrested for super aggravated sexual assault of a child and subsequently released on bonds amounting to $185,000. At the time of this arrest, he was already on bond for three counts of child pornography, a serious offense involving over 500 videos, which have been described as deeply disturbing.

According to Crime Stoppers representative Andy Kahan, the content of the videos is so troubling that it is difficult to discuss without breaching inappropriate boundaries. Kahan emphasized the severity of Walker’s situation, noting that the nature of the offenses warranted serious concern for public safety.

Recent court documents reveal that Walker’s GPS tracking device was disabled in September, and the same incident occurred again last month, leading to his re-arrest. It is uncommon for a defendant’s bond to be revoked solely for failing to comply with bond conditions, highlighting the unusual circumstances surrounding this case.

Kahan suggested that the court may have taken the alarming nature of the allegations into account, leading to Walker’s re-incarceration and the decision to increase his bond to $285,000. Kahan expressed hope that Walker would not be released again, citing the severity of the allegations against him.

As of now, Walker has not posted the increased bond and remains in Harris County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 15.
