Authorities in Dallas are actively searching for 24-year-old Milto Cruz, who has been missing since Saturday morning. Due to his intellectual disabilities, Cruz is classified as an endangered missing person.
Cruz was last spotted in the 2400 block of Laughlin Drive at around 8 a.m. on Saturday. He is described as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue shirt, shorts, and carrying a green backpack.
