An AMBER Alert has been activated for a missing child believed to be in the vicinity of Allen, Texas. The alert concerns 13-year-old Merlin Chirinos-Argueta, who hails from Keithville, Louisiana.
The young boy was last seen on May 7 at 7:10 p.m. Authorities believe he is currently with the suspect, 18-year-old Daniel Mejia.
Mejia is reported to be driving a white Suburban with the license plate number VML6061. Law enforcement officials urge anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Argueta or Mejia to reach out to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.
If you spot either individual, you are advised to call 911 immediately.
