In an article published by the New York Times, it was suggested that Governor Greg Abbott’s campaign ads were inadvertently aiding Crockett by portraying her alongside what they labeled “radical democrats.” Talarico addressed this issue in an interview with FOX 4’s Steven Dial, asserting that this is not the first instance of Republican involvement in the Democratic primary. “I would tell every Republican elected official to stay out of our business and stay out of our primary,” he proclaimed, expressing frustration over perceived meddling.

This endorsement sparked a swift reaction from Ken Paxton, who publicly declared his support for Nicki Minaj. In addition to the celebrity endorsements, the Cornyn campaign has launched a fierce advertisement accusing Paxton of infidelity, labeling him a “home wrecker.” In response, Paxton released a counter-ad featuring his daughter, who defended him by stating that while he may have flaws, he is fundamentally a God-fearing man.
