TAYLOR, Texas – Authorities in Taylor are currently investigating a suspicious death that occurred over the weekend. The Taylor Police Department responded to a report of a deceased individual shortly after 5 p.m. on May 3.
The body was discovered in the 1000 block of Price Street, near N Dolan Street and north of Fannie Robertson Park. An active investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement officials indicating that more information will be released as it becomes available.
In this case, the Taylor Police are collaborating with various agencies, including the Texas Rangers, the Williamson County Crime Scene Unit, the District Attorney’s Office, and a Death Investigator from Williamson County.
At this time, the identity of the deceased has not been disclosed, as it awaits confirmation from the Medical Examiner’s office.
