Dallas police are appealing to the public for assistance following the discovery of a 27-year-old woman’s body in an East Oak Cliff residence on Sunday afternoon. Officers found Maria Murray’s remains after responding to a call in the 1400 block of Georgia Avenue at approximately 2:30 p.m.
The case has been classified as a homicide, and while investigators have confirmed that a shooting occurred, the precise circumstances surrounding Murray’s death remain unclear. Authorities have not released any information regarding potential suspects or a motive at this time.
