The incident occurred in the hotel lobby while a player was interacting with a young fan.
Both the Dallas Police Department and Coach Hassan confirmed that apologies were exchanged, leading to an amicable resolution of the situation. Before leaving Dallas, the team and police exchanged jerseys, signifying a reconciliation.
