Authorities in Harris County have uncovered a significant find during an investigation into stolen tailgates, recovering eight tailgates from an apartment complex located on West FM 1960.
The investigation, led by Precinct 4 deputies, commenced after reports of a stolen tailgate. Upon executing a search warrant at the complex, they discovered tailgates believed to have been stolen from various pickup trucks, including models from Ford, Chevrolet, and Ram.
At this stage, further details regarding the initial thefts remain scarce, including the specific locations and times when the tailgates were taken.
