A homeowner in the Acres Homes neighborhood of Houston discovered a man deceased in his front yard early Sunday morning after hearing the sounds of a gunshot followed by a crash.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Wheatley Street, near Ferguson Way. The homeowner, responding to the loud noises, went outside to investigate and found the man unresponsive.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim, who is believed to be in his early 20s. Additionally, there is currently no description of any suspects involved in the case.
