Houston is gearing up for an unforgettable FIFA World Cup 2026™ experience with the launch of ‘The Ranch Presents Pitch Live.’ This exciting, 39-day multi-venue event is set to transform the EaDo neighborhood into the city’s ultimate hotspot for fans and visitors alike.
From June 11 to July 19, the event will take place at the former Warehouse Live location in East Downtown, conveniently situated across from Pitch 25 and just a short walk from the official FIFA Fan Festival. The initiative is spearheaded by renowned restaurateur Ben Berg, nightlife expert Army Sadeghi, and Houston soccer legend Brian Ching, bringing together a vibrant mix of Texas-inspired dining, nightlife, match viewing, and live entertainment.
The Ranch Presents Pitch Live promises an immersive atmosphere featuring multiple bars, diverse dining options ranging from casual to upscale, a VIP lounge, international DJs, and stunning lighting effects. Massive screens will be on hand to broadcast matches from around the globe, ensuring that every fan can enjoy the action. In addition, Walker Street will be closed to vehicle traffic, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment that connects attendees to nearby World Cup festivities at Shell Energy Stadium, Discovery Green, and the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Joining the founders of this ambitious project are Houston investor Rick Perez, the President & CEO of 1588 Ventures, and Ashley Muncie, co-owner of Sophie Cocktail & Terrace, who will oversee the exclusive VIP experience.
Ben Berg expressed enthusiasm for the venture, stating, “This is about showcasing the best of what Houston does—food, hospitality, and energy—on a global stage.” With its impressive offerings, Pitch Live is poised to become one of Houston’s hallmark destinations during the World Cup, attracting both international visitors and local fans throughout the tournament.
