The incident unfolded around 1:30 a.m., resulting in a chaotic scene as gunfire erupted amidst a crowd of revelers. Authorities confirmed that the victim sustained a gunshot wound to the left arm and was transported to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Eyewitness accounts reveal the sheer panic that ensued. Local resident Thomas O’Connor recounted hearing four shots while preparing for bed. “I ran out to the balcony and I could see everyone just scattering, so I knew something happened,” he stated.
