An adult male driver has succumbed to injuries sustained from multiple gunshot wounds following a vehicle crash in north Harris County. Authorities report that he was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.
The incident occurred on Kuykendahl Road, specifically in the 14000 block near York Creek Drive. Initial responders from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 were dispatched after receiving reports of a single-vehicle accident. Upon their arrival, they discovered the driver unresponsive inside the vehicle with several gunshot wounds.
Deputies at the scene administered CPR until emergency medical personnel arrived to transport the victim to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, he later died from his injuries.
The investigation has been handed over to detectives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, who are currently working to gather evidence and details regarding the shooting. As of now, no information about potential suspects has been released.
In the meantime, northbound Kuykendahl Road has been closed while the investigation is ongoing. Authorities advise motorists to avoid the area and seek alternative routes to ensure safety and minimize disruption.
