State Fare and Epicure Café will be participating in the upcoming EatDrinkHTX 2026 event, offering a glimpse of the culinary delights featured on their fixed price menus.
In Houston, Katie Stone recently explored both establishments, which are part of the Culinary Khancepts group, to showcase some of the delicious offerings expected during this year’s event. The menus will be available online starting February 1 on the EatDrinkHTX website.
The EatDrinkHTX event is set to run from February 15 to 28, with proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank. This initiative aims to support the community by addressing hunger in the area.
Cleverley Stone, known affectionately as “The Diva of Dining,” dedicated her life to combating hunger through initiatives like Houston Restaurant Weeks. Her motto, “Dine Out & Do Good,” inspired a significant boost in restaurant revenues and contributions to the Houston Food Bank.
Cleverley Stone passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 68 after a battle with cancer. In her memory, she wished for the continuation of Houston Restaurant Weeks, leading to the establishment of the Cleverley Stone Foundation by her daughter, Katie Stone. This foundation aims to uphold her mother’s legacy of supporting the Houston Food Bank.
Over the past 21 years, Houstonians and local restaurant owners have raised over $22 million to assist in meeting the hunger needs of the community through Houston Restaurant Weeks and its sister event, Eat Drink HTX. This makes them the largest annual fundraiser for the Houston Food Bank, which serves an extensive 18-county area in Southeast Texas.
Key dates to remember include Eat Drink HTX from February 15 to 28, 2026, and Houston Restaurant Weeks from August 1 to September 7, 2026.
