The I-610 North Loop in Houston has been closed in both directions near I-69 due to a significant incident involving an overturned truck. The closure took place on Tuesday night.
According to police reports, the truck overturned on an elevated exit ramp, causing a large amount of gravel to spill onto the freeway below. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. at the junction of the North Loop and the I-69 Eastex Freeway.
As of now, the duration of the roadblock remains uncertain, and the cause of the truck’s overturn is still under investigation.
