An employee at the Lupe Tortilla restaurant in Hedwig Village is facing serious charges after being accused of installing a hidden camera in a public restroom. Bayson Elias Pu, 31, has been charged with invasive visual recording following his arrest on New Year’s Eve.
Court documents reveal that Pu, who works at the restaurant located along the Katy Freeway, allegedly placed the camera in the restroom, where it recorded footage of a young girl and a woman using the facilities.
In light of these allegations, inquiries have been made to Lupe Tortilla for a statement regarding the incident.
This case highlights ongoing concerns about privacy and safety in public spaces, as authorities continue to investigate the matter.
