The Missouri City Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing individual. Kelvin Butler, a 61-year-old man, has been unaccounted for since Monday, December 22.
Butler, who suffers from dementia and schizophrenia, is not originally from the area. He was last seen in the early hours of Monday morning at approximately 6 a.m. in the 2800 block of Cambridge Lane.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue shirt and blue athletic shorts featuring a white stripe. Kelvin Butler is described as a Black male, standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown eyes.
