A tragic incident in Dallas has left one woman dead and three others injured after a car struck them during a disturbance outside a business. The event unfolded early Friday morning, resulting in a critical situation for those involved.
The Dallas Police Department responded to an emergency call around 4:20 a.m. regarding a disturbance in the 3300 block of East Trinity Mills Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a confrontation between two groups had escalated from inside the business to the parking lot, where a woman drove her vehicle into the crowd.
Among the victims was 32-year-old Kiara Lewis, who was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, she was later pronounced dead. Two other women and a man were also hospitalized but have since been released.
As the investigation continues, authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the driver involved or any potential charges she may face. The situation remains under scrutiny as the police work to gather more information.
