A shooting incident is currently under investigation in north Harris County, where two individuals were reportedly injured by a single bullet. The occurrence took place near Bush Airport, specifically at the intersection of Cypresswood Drive and FM 1960.
Emergency responders, including deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of a woman being shot. Upon arrival, they discovered a woman with a gunshot wound to her left chest and a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his ribs. Both victims were transported to a hospital in Kingwood and are reported to be in stable condition.
Sergeant Ryan of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office stated that preliminary investigations suggest a single bullet may have struck both individuals, as there was one bullet hole found in the vehicle they were in.
At this time, it remains unclear whether the shooting was the result of road rage or a domestic dispute, and authorities continue to gather information regarding the incident.
