Debbie Stroud, Whataburger President and CEO, expressed the company’s sentiment by stating, “Birthdays are meant to be shared, and that’s exactly what we’re doing all month long. Whether you’ve been ordering the same Whataburger for years or you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to try something new, we’re celebrating the guests who’ve made the last 76 years so special.”
On National Whataburger Day, participating locations will feature festive decorations, including balloons and selfie stations. To access these promotions, customers will need a Whataburger Rewards account, and the offers will appear automatically in the mobile app on their designated dates.
Founded in 1950 by Harmon Dobson in Corpus Christi, Texas, Whataburger has expanded into a beloved fast-food chain with locations across the South and Midwest, continuing to delight customers for over seven decades.
