Three individuals lost their lives in a tragic accident on US-90 Alternate in Richmond, Texas, on Sunday morning. In addition, three others sustained injuries and remain hospitalized.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office reported that the collision occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m. involving a truck and another vehicle, specifically situated between Harlem and Pitts Road.
There were five individuals in the vehicle involved in the accident. Sadly, three of them were pronounced dead at the scene. The victims included an 18-year-old female driver, a 22-year-old male passenger, and a 44-year-old female passenger. The injured parties, which included a 14-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy, were transported to a nearby hospital, along with the truck driver, who is also receiving medical attention.
