A significant accident on U.S. 75 brought traffic to a standstill near Midpark Road in Richardson on Saturday afternoon.
Dallas Fire-Rescue units responded to multiple 911 calls regarding the incident, arriving at the scene around 3:44 p.m. They discovered an overturned pickup truck, severely damaged, positioned near the inner median.
In response to the crash, several southbound lanes were closed, leading to considerable traffic delays as emergency personnel managed the situation.
One individual was transported to a hospital in critical condition. Paramedics successfully restored the person’s pulse prior to their arrival at the emergency room. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported.
