Twin brothers have been apprehended in North Texas following their alleged involvement in two separate murders that occurred in November 2025. Authorities suggest that the brothers executed one of the killings as an act of revenge stemming from a robbery incident in which they were forced to strip at gunpoint in 2021.
The first murder transpired on November 15, 2025, at an apartment complex located on Augusta Lane in north Fort Worth. Surveillance footage captured a white Nissan Altima entering the parking lot around 1:30 a.m. Shortly thereafter, 19-year-old Devan Randles was seen on camera with three other individuals, believed to be breaking into vehicles at the complex.
A shooting occurred soon after, resulting in Randles being found with gunshot wounds, and he was later pronounced dead. The same Altima was observed departing the scene shortly after the gunfire erupted.
The second murder took place in the early hours of November 30 at the parking lot of Flips Patio Grill, across Western Center Boulevard from the earlier crime scene. At approximately 2 a.m., 20-year-old Isaiah Gonzales was seen leaving the restaurant with his girlfriend and getting into his vehicle. Security footage revealed two men, who had been lingering in the area for about half an hour, running up to Gonzales’ car and firing shots through the windshield. Gonzales sustained critical injuries and later succumbed to his wounds at a nearby hospital.
During the investigation, law enforcement discovered shoe prints matching Nike Air Force 1s near the scene, but no suspects were immediately identified. Subsequent inquiries led to the identification of Samuel and Solomon Gbadebo, both 20, as suspects in the two murders.
The Altima associated with the first homicide was connected to the second, and it was traced back to the brothers’ mother. Additionally, the brothers were seen wearing attire and footwear that matched evidence collected from the crime scenes.
In light of these findings, police obtained a search warrant for the twins’ apartment on December 12, hoping to uncover evidence linking them to the violent acts. However, the search yielded no incriminating items, and sufficient evidence to connect them to the murders remained elusive. Samuel Gbadebo was apprehended following a police pursuit on December 12 but was later released after bonding out due to insufficient evidence linking him to the killings.
Investigations into the Gbadebo brothers continued, culminating in their arrest at a residence in Burleson where they were charged with murder related to the November incidents.
A search warrant affidavit revealed insights into the brothers’ connection to one of the alleged victims. A tipster informed authorities that Gonzales, the victim in the Flips Patio Grill shooting, had previously robbed the twins and held them at gunpoint, forcing them to strip in front of a camera. This tipster suggested that the Gbadebo brothers were responsible for Gonzales’ death.
Video evidence discovered among Gonzales’ belongings depicted two young men being held at gunpoint, and facial recognition technology was utilized to identify them as the Gbadebo twins. It was confirmed that the brothers had reported being victimized in the 2021 robbery, although no evidence was found of Gonzales being arrested in connection with this allegation.
