Three Suspects Arrested Following High Speed Motorcycle Chase in Harris County

Three individuals were apprehended following a motorcycle chase in Harris County last week, as confirmed by local authorities. Cristobal Martinez, Aldahir Lopez, and Bayron Martinez each face charges of evading arrest in a motor vehicle.

According to officials from Harris County Constable Precinct 4, the incident began when deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on three motorcycles traveling on West Sam Houston Tollway North last Thursday. However, all three riders refused to comply, prompting a pursuit by the deputies.

With the help of the Texas Department of Public Safety Air Support, deputies were able to monitor the situation from above until the riders ultimately stopped at an apartment complex.

The bond for Cristobal Martinez and Aldahir Lopez has been set at $35,000, while Bayron Martinez’s bond stands at $75,000.

Constable Mark Herman of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 commented on the situation, stating, “Fleeing from law enforcement only increases the danger to everyone on the roadway and will not prevent an arrest. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of our deputies and the Texas Department of Public Safety Air Support, these suspects were safely apprehended and are now facing the consequences of their actions.”
