The former site of KAMP Houston, a well-known outdoor lounge and restaurant located off Westheimer Road, has been officially put up for sale with an asking price of $5.1 million.
This commercial property, situated at 6025 Westheimer Rd., just west of the Galleria, is being marketed through Matthews Real Estate Investment Services following the venue’s closure.
ALife Hospitality Group, the parent company, announced the closure in early August 2026, attributing the decision to unsuccessful negotiations for a lease extension.
KAMP Houston was a popular destination, particularly for its outdoor patio, vibrant nightlife, and diverse menu, attracting large crowds during its operation. However, the venue also encountered challenges, including complaints from nearby residents concerning noise levels, traffic congestion, and parking issues along the Westheimer corridor.
The 0.95-acre lot features a 6,000-square-foot building and includes 65 parking spaces, making it an appealing site for redevelopment or for a new restaurant concept. The marketing materials highlight the high volume of daily traffic in the area.
As of now, there are no pending permits or buyer agreements on record, leaving the future of the property uncertain.
