HOUSTON – The weather is set to dry out as the weekend comes to a close, with Sunday and Monday promising clearer skies.
While some areas may experience light rain Saturday night, it is unlikely to disrupt any Halloween festivities planned for the evening. As humidity levels rise, afternoon temperatures are expected to reach the low to mid-80s, accompanied by occasional clouds.
Looking ahead to Election Day, a cold front is predicted to bring storms on Tuesday. This weather system may result in significant rainfall, strong winds, and the possibility of hail across the region.
Following the passage of the front, cooler and more pleasant temperatures are anticipated. Mornings on Wednesday and Thursday could see lows in the 50s, with daytime highs settling in the 70s.
