Houston Crash Tragedy: Man Arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter Following Fatal Incident

A 50-year-old man has been charged with intoxication manslaughter following a tragic accident in southeast Houston on Friday night.

Milton Seymore Jr. was identified as the driver involved in the incident, which occurred around 9:45 p.m. on Cullen Boulevard near Bellfort Avenue. Authorities report that Seymore was traveling north when he struck a pedestrian who was in the roadway.

The victim, a 40-year-old man, was rushed to the hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries. His identity has not yet been made public, as officials are in the process of notifying his family.

Following the collision, Seymore remained at the scene and exhibited signs of intoxication, leading to his arrest by the police.
