A teenager has been apprehended following an incident where he allegedly fired shots at law enforcement officers on Wednesday evening. This event took place at an apartment complex situated near the intersection of Branch Forest Drive and Highway 6, as confirmed by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The sheriff reported that the deputies were responding to a call regarding a family disturbance that involved a weapon. Upon their arrival at the scene, a male teenager, estimated to be around 17 years old, opened fire on the deputies.
Fortunately, no deputies sustained injuries during the incident, and the teen was subsequently taken into custody.
